If you ask anyone at HF what they think about Gilda, the first thing you'll hear is, "Don't let that smile fool you!" She began her career as a trainer in a commercial gym. After years of working alongside fitness professionals, she decided to leave the corporate world and join in on all the Heroes fun. Watch out! Her definition of fun has often been questioned by her victims... Oh, we mean clients!

Connor left the corporate setting when he decided to make his passion his career. Inspired by his clients, he tries to come up with creative workouts that will keep you guessing on what's next to keep your muscles confused and the workouts exciting. He takes a simple approach to fitness and nutrition and says the best measurement of progress is how you feel.
