One-On-One Personal Training
Whatever your goals are, we can help you achieve them with a fitness program customized specifically for you. Each program consists of one on one training for one month. **These package prices are for people that are going to travel to me. If I am traveling to you, I will have to charge an extra fee.
3 times a week (12 sessions) $342

2 times a week (8 sessions) $255

With the online training program, I will send you personalized work outs 3-5 days a week depending on your schedule and goal as well as nutritional advice. At the end of each month we will do an assessment to measure your results based on what it is you want to achieve.
